The aim of this continuing education program is to increase knowledge on pharmacists’ abilities to provide comprehensive medication management services through a CDTM license.

1. Describe the patient care activities pharmacists provide under a Collaborative Drug Therapy Management (CDTM) license in collaboration with Georgia physicians
2. Identify the benefits associated with physician pharmacist collaboration through CDTM on patient care and revenue generation
3. Assess the modalities through which pharmacist provide direct patient care with a CDTM license
