Using an interprofessional team approach, we will discuss optimal management of patients with in-depth review of the latest cardiac and vascular treatments. The world-class faculty will discuss leading-edge technologies, techniques and procedures available to our patients.

1. Discuss evidence-based treatment options for cardiovascular conditions commonly seen in practice relative to the knowledge and expertise of each of the interprofessional team members.
2. Describe their role in the diagnosis and management of procedures of patients with medical conditions commonly seen.
3. Demonstrate the contributions and impact of a functional multidisciplinary team across the patient care continuum.
4. Explore advanced cardiac and vascular imaging and the critical role played in diagnosing and treating vascular heart disease.
5. Discuss the importance of optimizing advance treatments for the following: Heart Failure, Vascular Disease, CT Surgery, Electrophysiology, Structural Heart and Non-Invasive and Imaging procedures.
