This stroke conference is dedicated to all stages of stroke care, starting from early recognition, through the acute phase, inpatient care and extending into stroke rehabilitation. 1. Recognize early signs and symptoms of a stroke to support rapid recognition and response
2. Describe current acute stroke treatment options and time-sensitive interventions
3. Discuss interdisciplinary rehabilitation strategies that support optimal functional recovery
4. Apply secondary stroke prevention strategies in clinical practice to optimize patient outcomes and reduce the risk of recurrent stroke
