Nurse Leadership Summit- Reigniting the Spirit of Nursing Hospital-based charge nurses and above from across the system will gather to recharge their batteries and focus on a central theme - "Reigniting the Spirit of Nursing". As part of that theme, the agenda will include: -Impacting nursing practice through innovative leadership -Integrating supportive services into nursing leadership -New Beginnings: The Horizon is here This agenda will be supported by leaders from across our system in addition to an Evernorth guest speaker.

1. Describe innovative and compassionate leadership strategies that address current challenges in nursing leadership and foster team engagement.
2. Demonstrate the application of risk management as a leader to support safe care delivery across all system service lines.
3. Demonstrate how the implementation of employee well-being and compassionate leadership supports staff resilience.
4. Formulate an actionable plan that leaders can integrate into their current and future practice to enhance team performance and patient outcomes.
